Clear delivery information for European orders: we process orders within 3 business days. Estimated European delivery is approximately 10 business days after dispatch. Free tracked shipping is available to eligible European destinations, and duties and taxes are included where this is shown or confirmed at checkout.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. The first covers preparation before your parcel leaves us; the second begins after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, because carrier operations, local holidays, address issues and customs processes can affect individual parcels.
Before placing your order
- Enter a complete delivery address, including apartment or unit details where applicable.
- Provide an email address and telephone number that can be used for delivery updates.
- Review the shipping option, final price, duties and taxes shown at checkout for your destination.
- Check product measurements and order details before payment.
The checkout is the destination-specific confirmation for available shipping services and charges. If free tracked shipping, included duties or included taxes apply to your order, they should be shown or confirmed there before payment.
Tracking your parcel
When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent after dispatch. A carrier may need time to register the parcel’s first scan. Use the tracking link for the latest carrier status and keep your order details until delivery is complete.
If delivery is delayed
First review the carrier’s latest tracking event and check that no delivery attempt or address request is waiting for you. If the estimate has passed without a useful update, contact Soccer Belief with your order number and tracking number so the shipment can be reviewed.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, required steps, exceptions and refund handling are set out in the full Refund Policy. Please read that policy before sending any item back. Do not return a parcel without following the stated process.
