Returns and Refunds

We supply football jerseys, training wear, and related products for both retail and wholesale buyers. We want issues resolved quickly and fairly.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.

After review, we may offer one of the following remedies depending on the case: replacement of the affected item, partial refund, store credit, or full refund for the affected item.

Non-returnable situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, minor color differences caused by screen display, or normal wear and tear after use.

Customized, printed, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or we made an error in production.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, printing, packing, or shipment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Return shipping

If a return is approved due to our error or a product defect, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate solution. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
