Returns & Exchanges
We want issues resolved quickly and fairly.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Unworn, unwashed items
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customized, printed, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or we made an error in production.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, printing, packing, or shipment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Return shipping
If a return is approved due to our error or a product defect, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate solution. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Size replacement
One-time size replacement support is available at a reduced shipping fee.
